Enjoy this epic quebecois folk tale retold as a comic form. The tale of the Corriveau has been retold times and times again. She was a woman from the 19th century living in Quebec accused and hung for witchcraftery during the English regime. Was she really a witch or misjudged for the bad lucks brought onto her? La Corriveau has become a feminist icon in Quebec because of the differences spotted between the grossly exagerated and exciting details of the legends and the true reports from what we found on her life.
